How to order?

As of now, this website is for easy browsing only. To place an order, kindly text us on our Whatsapp hotline or via our DM on Instagram.

How long does an order take to

complete?

Orders with personalized name have to be in queue. Each personalized name is unique so it is made individually.

Standard orders are typically completed within 5-7 days. However, we also accept urgent order with urgent fee. Urgent orders are completed within 3 days, while super urgent orders are completed within 24hrs. Custom and bulk orders can take longer to complete depending on the specifications.

Do you provide delivery?

At the moment we don't do delivery. â€‹All orders are to be collected from our showroom in Beribi (check our location below)

Is the pricelist included with personalization charge?

All price listed in our website are included with personalization (unless there's additional request)

RULES & REGULATIONS

FORM SUBMISSION

  • All details and requests will be followed exactly from the form submitted. Any other extra infos must be stated in the form. Please be informed that we will not be responsible for any errors in spelling unless done from our side.

RETURN POLICY

  • If your item has some defects or was wrongly done, please kindly inform us at the earliest time via WA or DM so we can either remake / give you a refund (valid within 1 month from purchase date)

  • All items need to be taken care properly (i.e avoid excessive rubbing, hot temperature, etc). If the name personalization starts to fade or  peel, you can ask us to redo the name

MANUAL ENGRAVING

  • Our personalisation is manually made individually on each item which therefore may have slight imperfections.
